Why not mix up some meat and veg and try our Sausage and Courgette Pasta
Ingredients:
- Sausages
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Thyme/ other spices or herbs
- Courgette
- Pasta
Method:
- Cook the sausages from frozen for roughly 20 minutes then cut them up when cooked
- Add tin of chopped tomatoes to pan with sausages
- Add herbs
- Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes
- Cook pasta
- Meanwhile use a vegetable peeler (or a knife) to peel courgette. Fry slicings (without oil) for a few minutes in a separate frying pan
- Add pasta into courgette pan
- Mix well and serve
