Ingredients:
- Steak
- ¼ Onion (sliced)
- 5 Baby button mushrooms (sliced)
- 2-3 knobs of butter
- Palm full of parsley
- Pinch of salt
- Tablespoon of oil
- 5 New potatoes
- 3 cup full’s of peas
Method:
- Season the steak with the parsley and salt.
- Add the butter and the oil to a frying pan and let them melt.
- Add the steak to the to pan
- After about 5 minutes turn the steak over and cook the other side
- Added half a pan full of boiling water to a pan and add the peas and potatoes to the water.
- After another 5 minutes turn the steak back over and add the sliced mushrooms and onions to the pan.
- Keep turning the steak until it’s cooked. Then cut into the steak to check the colour. When the colours right take it off the hob and drain the juices.
- Drain off the water from the vegetable pan and then add a knob of butter to melt over the potatoes.
- Then serve up and add your favourite sauce to the dish.
