Very simple to make and share with flatmates. It is OK reheated in the microwave, but best eaten straight
Ingredients:
- 1½ Mug Pasta
- 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon of oil
- 295g Tomato Soup
- 1 Small Onion (sliced)
- 1 Teaspoon Basil
- 5-6 Mushrooms (sliced)
- Salt and Pepper
- ½ Mug Peas
- ½ Mug Grated Cheese
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan oven/220°C/Gas 7.
2. Cook the pasta.
3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry onion and garlic until soft.
4. Add the mince and cook until no longer pink.
5. Add the stock cube, tomato soup, herbs and salt and pepper.
6. Drain the pasta well and add to the meat mixture. Transfer to a casserole dish.
7. Top with grated cheese and cook for 20-25 minutes. The top should be brown.
