Mings Garden is a great takeaway for cheap, healthy nutritious food and is definitely recommended by us here at StudentRecipes. From starters to mains to desserts these guys have it covered and it won't cost you that much.

The receipt below is what our lazy team ordered last week to test out Mings dishes.

Everything on this order was fantastic. Nothing was left behind and everything went, which is a good thing in our lazy book. We'd recommend everything on the order, especially the Mixed Hors D`oeuvres and the Duck in orange sauce.

As starters come the Mixed Hors D`oeuvres is a brilliant choice because of the amount of choice you get with the starter. You get 4 types of chinese starters and for first time Chinese goers its a great starter to test the water with.

The Duck, just like the starter, is a good dish for Chinese starters and is exceptionally good. The sauce compliments the duck brilliantly and one of the reasons we'd recommend this dish above the others is because at some chinese's duck dish always have lots of fatty bit left on the duck. In Mings case there is just the right amount to hold the flavor and not too much so that you're constantly chewing away.

Fancy something with a bit of spice? The Modern Tandoori is a good place to start. The prices arereasonable and you definitely get your money's worth.

For curry lovers we'd recommend their Patia. It contains enough heat to give you a kick but no so much to put your fork down and head for the water. However if heat is your thing you must try the Rogan Josh. Admittedly not the most imaginative of choices but it will give real curry lovers a big kick.

For a more laid back curry fans we'd say go for the Pasanda. The dish is sweet and creamy, without been too sickly.
