Lasagne

Traditional italina pasta dish, which is easy to do


Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • mushrooms
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 tins chopped tomatos
  • 2 tins baked beans
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • lasagne sheets
  • 168g cheese 

 Method:
  1. Chop all the veg, spray frying pan or wok. Put onion, peppers, mushrooms & garlic in & fry for 5 mins.
  2. Add the tomatos, baked beans, salt & pepper & simmer through.
  3. Layer in a lasagne dish with lasagne sheets-finishing with the bean mixture on top.
  4. Cover with foil & bake in over for 30/40 mins, take out of the oven and put the grated cheese on top.
  5. Put back in the oven (foil off) until the cheese has melted.
  6. Maybe add a bit of Worcestershire sauce to give it a bit of kick.
